We are proud to be among the first Connecticut purveyors to provide naturally raised Scottish Salmon, which is mild in flavor and prized as one of the highest quality farmed salmons in the world. PaganoÂ’s Seafood is HACCP certified, meet and exceed the regulatory requirements of the FDA, the State of ConnecticutÂ’s Department of Environmental Protection, Connecticut Department of Consumer Affairs and the Health Department of the City of Norwalk in all stages of receiving and production. Additionally, PaganoÂ’s has contracted with outside food safety auditors, which conducts annual inspections of our operations and plant.
