We operate five plants, three plants in New York, as well as plants in Texas and Tennessee. We manufacture the following items: Fresh, Frozen and Dried Noodles, Fresh and Frozen Wrappers, Fortune Cookies, Crispy Noodles, Bean Sprouts, and Egg Roll Mix. Most of our products are made Kosher and can be made "All Natural". We are committed to making a quality product for our customers.
