Diane Marbach, JamacÂ’s founder, was widely regarded as a trailblazer in the industry. Along with her husband Lou, they were at the forefront of frozen prepared food at its inception. The company has been family owned over the 60 years it has been in operation. It is led by Edward Marbach, the president and CEO, and his son Andrew, the vice president.
Many of JamacÂ’s employees have backgrounds in food service operations and culinary arts. This is essential when working with customers which include chefs, food service managers, purchasing agents, and dieticians to name a few.
