About Missouri Northern Pecan Growers

We are a farmer owned company located in southwest Missouri. We process Pecans, Pecan Oil and Pecan Meal-Flour. Our company was formed in 2000 by several local pecan farmers and received first organic certification in 2003. We take pride in producing sustainable, heart-healthy products that are minimally processed and free of additives, preservatives, and genetically modified derivatives. We specialize in the native pecans that grow wild in riparian floodplains. These pecans have higher oil content that provide a superior flavor and 'sweeter' taste. Our pecans are available in Halves and Pieces and offered in bulk 25 lb case quantity and various retail, shelf stable bags. Our Pecan Oil is cold pressed and unrefined for optimal nutrition. Its high smoke point of 470°F (243°C), mild pecan taste and nutty flavor makes it an excellent choice for cooking, baking, stir-frying, and sautéing. Great for using as a base for salad dressings, vinaigrettes, dips, and marinades. This delicious Oil is offered in various bulk sizes and retail 8.5 fl oz bottles. Our Pecan Meal-Flour is the perfect, gluten free substitute for grain flours. It has a mild, nutty flavor and delicate texture. Great for using in baked goods such as crisps, pie crusts, cookies, muffins and breading poultry and fish. Our Meal-Flour is available is bulk 25 lb case quantity.
