Bonique is a family owned business specializing in the manufacture of the most celebrated of waffles in Belgium, the yeast raised Liege waffle. We also produce the most popular cookie found in the Netherlands, the caramel filled Stroopwafel. Each of our products is handcrafted in a variety of flavors without preservatives. Drawing on our experiences of having lived in Belgium and France, we have made every effort to insure the authenticity of these centuries old products. As such, our traditional waffles and cookies are just like you would find in the streets of Europe. The scent of a fresh baked warm Liege waffle draws customers in, while the brioche like texture literally melts in their mouth. A Stroopwafel poised over a cup of coffee, heats the caramel inside making this treat hard to resist. Lastly, we are excited to announce our new line of pre-baked frozen Liege waffles which provide the convenience and quality our customersÂ’ desire.
