In 1956 the Rosenberg family launched a meat and poultry distribution company for the local South Florida market. Driven by perfection, Miami Purveyors embarked on becoming the purveyor of quality meats in South Florida, providing exceptional service and products to the local chefs and restaurants.

The same old fashioned butchery has evolved to meet the changing needs of multiple generations of chefs.
