DEI is a design build dealer that assists in design and supply of foodservice equipment. From planning to installation, every aspect of commercial and institutional restaurant equipment projects is addressed with expertise and professionalism.
No project is too big or too small for DEI, whether it is a new facility, a remodel or simply a replacement of a single piece of restaurant equipment. DEI will be there to assist from start to finish. DEIÂ’s design drawings are produced in house by our CAD team and thoroughly reviewed with the design engineer resulting in a successful project completion. Every project is handled by a dedicated project management team that will assist from project inception, thru the construction process, completion of installation and equipment start up.

From design to completion, every restaurant equipment project entrusted to DEI receives personal guidance from a principal of the corporation. Our highly trained and experienced staff will be there to assist with every aspect of the project.
DEIÂ’s design department works closely in design development with architects, engineers, interior designers, general contractors, and ownerÂ’s representatives. DEI offers full-service stainless steel fabrication with state-of-the-art kitchen design. The design process begins from preliminary layout thru complete set of foodservice equipment drawings that include mechanical drawings to custom fabricated shop drawings that can be used by the contractorÂ’s and their subs on the project. Innovation and technology enables us to meet all code requirements (UL, CE, NSF and AGA). Building up to your specifications is our specialty.
DEI creates foodservice equipment designs that surpass the requirements of the individual client. We deliver foodservice equipment projects completed on time, within budget and exceeding clientsÂ’ expectations.
