William Novick founded what is now Novick Corporation in 1924, selling produce from a horse-drawn wagon on the streets of Philadelphia. His four sons — Frank, Joe, Jack and Morrie – joined the business not long after, laying the foundation for a company that would spend nearly an entire century supporting nutritional needs of customers in human services industries.
