http://www.enichols.comThe Janitorial and Sanitation industry has changed dramatically in the last few years. With the COVID pandemic altering how people view hygiene in their facilities and other public spaces, companies like ours have had to expand and acknowledge these changes. This includes adjusting to the growing demands in product as well as adjusting how we interact with our customers. As our family-owned businesses come together through acquisition by other family-owned businesses, we are able to gain access to more resources to assist our customers wherever we can. Nichols Paper and SupplyNICHOLS STORY In 1936, the Nichols brothers would come together and found one of the largest independently owned paper, packaging, and sanitary supply distributors of the Great Lakes region: Nichols Paper and Supply. Keeping it in the family-owned demographic, Ken Olthoff purchased the company in 1957 and from there, Nichols has remained in the Olthoff name until they were acquired by Imperial Dade. Through the acquisition, Nichols is still determined to provide exceptional service and innovative products to everyone from small businesses to multimillion dollar corporations. TEPE STORY Tepe Sanitarary SupplyTepe Sanitary Supply started as a family-owned company when Dennis Tepe founded the business in 1973. They are a leading distributor of janitorial supplies, cleaning chemicals, and floor care equipment. Within their facility in the Elkhart, Indiana area, they are also able to provide custodial training and equipment maintenance services. The strides of this company are in thanks to their superior customer service and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the market, especially in recent years. They take pride in the tenure and experience that makes up their team and allows them to provide information to their customers quickly and accurately. ALLIED EAGLE STORY Allied Eagle SupplyHeadquartered in Detroit, Allied Eagle had their own start as a family-owned business back in 1948 when they were founded by Tony and Barbara Scappaticci. ItÂ’s through their industry knowledge that they have been able to maintain their Ohio and Michigan-based business. Their knowledge doesnÂ’t stop with their products, but of the area they reside in, too. They understand and meet the needs of their customers because itÂ’s a demographic theyÂ’re a part of and can relate to. By going the extra mile to assist their customers, theyÂ’re able to see businesses growing in their own communities. ALLIED EAGLE, NICHOLS, TEPE & IMPERIAL DADE PARTNERSHIP imperial dade logoAs our companies continue to grow as divisions of Imperial Dade, our mindsets will continue to stay the same as we keep the needs of our customers at the forefront. The goal is not to strip any one company of their individuality, but rather, enhance the opportunities we have to assist our consumers with. Through our ups and downs, acquisitions and pandemics, one thing that has never faltered in our companies is our dedication to you, the customer.
