Congressional Seafood Company, Inc. opened its doors in November 1996 with a mission to serve fine dining establishments and gourmet markets in the Baltimore-Washington metro area with superior seafood.
Congressional provides a service that is unmatched by any other specialty fish wholesaler and distributor in our region, because we have a team at the top of our industry in terms of purchasing and sales, and a processing room with highly-trained fish cutters. Congressional now services hundreds of restaurants, country clubs, hotels, and high-end retail markets every day across the Mid-Atlantic.
Our Mission
Congressional Seafood takes pride in providing the worldÂ’s finest seafood to chefs and tables up and down the East Coast.
With a fleet of delivery trucks, our team has the ability to deliver fresh, custom cuts to a range of customers.
Our facility features an 88,000-square-foot processing plant on a 5.5-acre property near the Maryland Food Center in Jessup, Maryland.
