The properties of the Estates extend over an area of ??approximately 1000 hectares in the municipalities of Arezzo, Civitella in Val di Chiana and Castiglion Fibocchi.
These properties came to Fraternita dei Laici, sole shareholder of the Estates, through two important bequests, that of Cav. Giuseppe Ninci and that of Count Giovan Battista Occhini.
Since past centuries, the lands of the Estates have been cultivated, maintaining a vital environment very suitable for the cultivation of vines and olive trees.
