Food and Paper Supply Co. is a local-based leader in product and foodservice sales, marketing, and distribution. Our clients range from restaurant and store owners to healthcare and organizational facilities. In 2015, Food and Paper completed the successful acquisition of Concession Services, Inc. and moved its distribution center to a 75,000 sq ft. warehouse in Alsip, IL. We now provide over 700 products to over 500 local and corporate businesses throughout the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area.

1977
Bruce Goldberg and his father Martin Goldberg founded Food & Paper Supply Company opening the first location at 50 East 71st Street on the southside of Chicago.
1982
Bruce GoldbergÂ’s lifelong best friend Danny Friedman purchases 50% of Food & Paper Supply Co. Establishing the Executive Foundation, that still exists today.
1991
Food & Paper Supply Co. East 71st Street location burns down. Despite losing all of their inventory and their distribution center in the blaze, FPS doesnÂ’t miss a day of business or miss a single delivery.
1992
Food and Paper Supply Co. finds a new home at 7247 S South Chicago Ave, the current home of our Cash & Carry Location.
2015
Food & Paper Supply Co acquires Concession Services Inc and moves its distribution center to a 75,000 square foot warehouse in Alsip, IL where our 13 trucks are loaded and sent out for delivery daily throughout the Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana area.
