About Deep River Snacks
When Deep River Snacks was founded, the vision was to create a brand that offered better-for-you snacks without compromising flavor and that cared about its people and about doing what is right. Why do we give a chip? Deep River was inspired by the hardships and challenges in health and wellness faced today. We are inspired by children, friends and coworkers who have to fight back after life-threatening accidents, illness or are coping with the loss of close friends and family. Their courage motivates us to take action. While we can’t develop cures or save lives directly, we can use Deep River Snacks as a platform to raise awareness and funds for the organizations that can make a difference. We use our bags, millions of bags every year, as a platform to raise awareness for the many organizations that have touched the lives of our families, friends, and co-workers. We feature one of these organizations on the back of every bag of our snacks, and we donate many thousands of bags of chips to charitable events each year. In addition, every bag gives back from our profits to a variety of charities every year. Because We Give a Chip®. Of course, we couldn't support these important causes if we didn't make incredible products. Deep River Snacks started with just one snack – Roasted Pecan Caramel Popcorn – and we now produce almost 20 different varieties of kettle-cooked potato chips, classic potato chips and our organic seasoned tortilla chips.
