ONLINE ORDERING
Dubord & Rainvilles online ordering system was designed around the needs of our customers. Customers can personalize order guides and search for products effortlessly through the availability of three search methods: by word, item number, and product number. A sales representative will personally visit each location to take customers through the online ordering process and to ensure that it is user friendly.

Dubord & Rainville has seven sales representatives on the road and six internal customer service representatives on site. Automated reports are available upon request and can be tailored to the clients specific needs:

Dubord & Rainville provides customer access to the company website through a Client Login page, where customers can view a personalized product catalogue, as well as place their orders online. Customers also have access to their 25 most recent invoices. Orders can also be submitted by phone, fax or email.

It was recently acquired in 2022 by Dubé Losielle Inc. , and continues to uphold and live strong family values, as the originating familys 4th generation continues to be an integral part of the companys success.
